Regular CBTL outlets however, good service were lacking and the outlet's air-conditioning were warm. They should tint the front glass with a good UV tint to cut off the heat. Counter staff service and friendliness too should be very much improved. Will not purposely come her for the coffee as the outlet was not cool enough for the weather of Melaka.

Members must check that your purchases have the bean points credited. I ordered drink with free birthday cake but the bean points did not get credited. Checked with the staff and they say cause the cake free so no bean points. But feedback to customer service and they credited for me the drink i ordered and paid for. Thanks for prompt action. Cheesecake is nice and big piece. So much bigger than Starbucks (which is getting smaller and smaller in size). Pls keep it that way. Dont shrink. Hazelnut latter tasted abit light but is still ok. Music indoors is quite loud, so if you want to work there with your laptop and have call, it may not be easy.

This place is a must-visit! I tried the Pandan Gula Melaka Tiramisu, and it was absolutely incredible! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it's perfectly sweet with an amazing texture. Just a heads-up: it can get quite full during peak hours or on the weekend, so plan your visit accordingly. Highly recommend!

Stays open till 1:00am and we are more than happy!! Alhamdulillah.. Allahumma Barik !! We wanted to have their homemade Carrot Cake but everything was almost finished till we reached there. Had the Sparkling Watermelon Lychee Cold Brew Tea and added Whipped Cream on top. They had another drink like this named Sparkling Peaches and Cream and that has been discontinued. So we tried this drink with whipped cream and Alhamdulillah we loved it. Their service is mention worthy. Staffs are efficient, well trained and well behaved. Interior is very cozy pleasant and aesthetically soothing. Environment is family friendly and kids friendly too. Ambiance is very inviting and welcoming and the vibe is exactly as how a cafe’s vibe should be. This is a Halal Certified Cafe. This is my favourite branch to go. The services here is speedy, efficient & courteous. Plenty of parking available here. Love that they always come with new & seasonal items. Keep you waiting, & recently their new Tiramisu cake which I haven't have the chance to try ; its very fast to sold out.. Ambience & lighting is good. Place get crowded & noisy at nights though.

This place is cosy and the staffs is welcoming. They speak very good English and served you with a smile. Ordered a espresso dohnle shot and that one give a good kick of my day. The cake is a bit dry not sure the quality. Otherwise than thet the shop is clean and nice and ideal place for chit chat during late afternoon or tea time but be warned at bight it can get a little bit loud and noisy with the crowds.
